I think the best thing about it was that I could call and talk to a live person — I never had to be put on hold. It was also nice that there were a few key people that I felt like I knew — I always felt that I could call and get a quick answer. Also, I liked the quick responses in email – if I had a question I knew it’d be answered within 24 hours, usually faster.
