Last month we answered 95% of our calls with a live person. We have voicemail, but strive that our sellers don’t need to use it.

Last month, September, our Brokerage team answered just under 97% of our calls live-96.5%. We believe in answering the telephone and being responsive, that is why we closely track our call answering performance.
